Top part is magnetic, so you don’t lose it from the main body. 

The second part enables you to access the finely crushed nuts. 

The third part is a fine meshed screen which leaves the bigger husks for you to pick out and leaves the smaller finer dust to fall to the bottom. Here there is a fine dust scraper, for ease of collection and distributing into you magical PVA sticks.
